Will the leaves spring?

Here in Larvik the ever returning question each year is will Bøkeksogen get green in time for 17 May. You get pretty sick of hearing it year after year after year. But it's still always on your mind. The beech tree forest can be seen from the town center, and when the leaves spring they look, for afar, like a lid of green over Larvik town.

Every person that lives in Larvik has a relationship with the beech trees that populate the north west edge of town.

And I can't help but wonder if those little buds will spring out for our National day.

Human-Etisk Forbund (The Norwegian Humanist Association) has arranged non-religious confirmation courses in Norway since 1951.

The table.
Madelen in a Bunad she had borrowed.
My brother Stian and little Tristan.
My cousin Stine.

My cousin Benjamin had his secular coming of age ceremonie this weekend. It was a lot of fun, nearly everyone in the family was there. So the room was pretty full and it got pretty noisy. But I think Ben enjoyed himself, and it was his day after all ♥ no pictures of him here though, I don't think he would let me x)

What I wore:

Dress from Ellos, cardigan from my sister, vintage bag, accent heart and cheap uncomfortable heels.

Search: an investigation seeking answers; "a thorough search of the ledgers revealed nothing"; "the outcome justified the search".

The day has been spent searching frantically for my chucks in our storage closet. The weather is finally warm enough to wear them, and I just need my brown pair. But they're nowhere to be found. A real bummer. I can't imagine where they could be! I've search far and wide in the entire house, but I just can't locate them!

Then again, going through so much stuff I have been finding a lot of other lost treasures ♥

White ceramic cats.
Polished stones.
Wooden dominoes ♥
5/6 2/2 2/6
Rings.
Some moneys.

My mom came home early from work and decided to try to find my shoes. She tossed everything out from storage and re-arranged things. It's neater now.
And my shoes was, of course, where they were supposed to be. In box where most of our shoes are stored. Haha.

What I wore:

White short from Cubus, jeans leggings from Vero Moda, thrifted scarf, headlight from Clas Ohlson and semi-black eye courtesy of stupid-in-the-way vacuum cleaner metal tube. Ouch.

Not just nude.

I've always loved beige, but I've never worn it much. Don't know why. But since nude is so big this Spring, I though I would have a go at it.
Nude with color splashes, that's the way I think it'll go.
